Return Conditions

• Satisfaction Guaranteed: We believe you'll be delighted with your Achalilas purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days of the delivery date. For custom-designed products, returns are not accepted.
• Refund with Conditions: When processing your return, we will refund the product amount, deducting round-trip shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition to be eligible for a refund.
• How to Manage Returns: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team by writing to contact@achalilas.es, indicating the item you wish to return. Our team will provide detailed instructions and will be available to answer your questions.

Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse, we verify that the condition of the merchandise is the same as when it was shipped. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund of the item's amount, deducting the re-shipping cost.
