Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a size that is not on the website?
Yes. Many of our pieces can be custom-made. Please indicate the model and measurements you need in the form, and we will prepare a no-obligation quote for you.
How long does manufacturing take?
All of our products are made to order, with a production time of 4 to 6 weeks due to our artisanal processes and quality standards. Once the product is manufactured, the standard delivery time is 5 to 9 business days.
Can I see the finishes in person?
Yes. You can visit our workshop and showroom at Via Trajana 11, Sant Adrià de Besòs; please write to us beforehand to coordinate your visit. You can also request the finishes sample kit by writing to admin@achalilas.es. Soon you will be able to request it directly from the website.
Do you provide delivery and assembly?
Yes. We deliver throughout Spain and to selected destinations in the rest of Europe, and we also offer a delivery with assembly option. If you are outside of Spain, please indicate this in the form and we will confirm availability and shipping conditions.
